Chance Waters Releases New Video ‘Bonnie’ Featuring The Griswolds

Aussie rapper Chance Waters has returned with another taste of his upcoming new album, which is due for release early next year. The new song, Bonnie, is accompanied by a unique music video, while the track is an unlikely collaboration with Sydney-based alt-pop five-piece The Griswolds.

Waters’ last single, Looking For Something, likewise saw the young lyricist collaborate with someone from the indie world, with vocal talents provided by Patience Hodgson of The Grates. Now he’s back to working with The Griswolds, having previously toured with the quintet earlier this year.

Artfully shot, the minimalist video for Bonnie was shot in one take, a la Russian Ark. The track is now available for download from iTunes, and features cover art done by the talented Sarah McCloskey, who also did the cover for Waters’ sophomore album, Infinity.
