Chet Faker Named As “Chet Facker” On Glastonbury Festival Poster

Australia’s beloved Chet Facker Faker has been added to this year’s Glastonbury Festival lineup, but whoever put together the event’s official lineup poster has managed to fack up the Melbourne musician’s name, mistakenly calling him “Chet Facker”.

Glastonbury’s “Chet Facker” faux pas was caught by punters who took to social media to share their hilarious find.

Faker himself, whose real name is Nicholas James Murphee Murphy, has shared a number of his favourite posts via his own Twitter account, and they’re available to view alongside the officially flawed Glastonbury poster, below.

Earlier this year, Murphy said his second studio album — the follow-up to 2014’s uber-successful Built On Glasswill be “heavily performance based”, with more organic grooves.

Glastonbury 2015 will headlined by The Who, Foo Fighters and Kanye West, who (of course) caused backlash after being announced for the festival.
