After four critically acclaimed albums, fame within Australia and the States and a list of accolades that stretch long and gracious, Diana Anaid unleashes the lead single from her forthcoming self titled album. Following this release Diana will hit the road with her band on an east coast tour, playing Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne areas.
The new single, Cynical On Waking takes you back to the Diana Anaid that first shocked Australia. With tuning reminiscent of her very first album, this track features the unique heavy handed guitar bashing and honest lyrics which she has become known for.
As the single suggests, Diana will be losing herself to the ebb and flow of rock n roll, on this tour. The live shows will give fans a taste of the forthcoming album, which is raw and full of integrity. Musically Diana Anaid is at her best, sincere lyrics sit seamlessly beside fine tuned mature songwriting.
