Donald Glover Signs New Record Deal To Release More Childish Gambino Music

Donald Glover has signed a new record deal with the intention of releasing more Childish Gambino music.

According to Variety, Glover’s agency/label Wolf + Rothstein has partnered with RCA for the “next phase” of his career, as RCA Chairman/CEO Peter Edge put it.

Glover said that the deal, “was a necessary change of pace,” although he hasn’t revealed just yet when we’ll start getting the new music.

Glover previously said that the next Gambino album will be his last because he felt like continuing the project would not be, “punk anymore.”

It’s unknown whether it’s still his intention to release just one more.

His last record Awaken! My Love has produced one of his most successful singles Redbone and is up for five Grammy Awards. He’s also due to perform at the Awards show in just under a week’s time.

He’s got plenty of things on the go at the moment. His TV series Atlanta is due to return in March and he’s also due to star in forthcoming Star Wars and Lion King films.
