Dune Rats Announce New National Tour With Wavves, Hockey Dad & WAAX

Notorious party boys Dune Rats may have only just wrapped up a world tour and the best part of six months on the road, but apparently there’s no rest for the wicked, so they’ve just revealed brand new Aussie tour dates.

The Dunies will hit the road in September and October this year to perform four shows across Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and they’ve secured an enviable lineup of support acts too.

Fresh off supporting Blink-182 earlier in the year, US outfit Wavves are set to warm up the punters for Dune Rats, while Hockey Dad and WAAX are also set to perform support sets.

Inspired by their huge tour off the back of their debut album The Kids Will Know It’s Bullshit, Dunies are more excited than ever to put on their biggest shows to date.

“This tour is such a fucking awesome way to bring home and celebrate what’s been the best year of our lives in Dune Rats ever,” say the band. “There’s going to be some big skits shit go down at these shows and we’re going to smash out the biggest fucking show we can possibly put on.”

Dune Rats are also scheduled to perform at Yours & Owls Festival later this year. Check out all their upcoming Aussie tour dates and ticket details, below.

UPDATE: Dune Rats have announced new shows in Melbourne and Brisbane, after the first shows sold out. Details below.
