Oh look – Jinja Safari are back together! And to celebrate the release of their first single in two years, dubbed Find My Way, the tribal folk-poppers are hitting the road for a whirlwind tour of the East Coast.
The Sydney-based fivesome will take off for a trio of dates in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne this July and August, bringing along their impressive collection of instruments and a setlist packed with fan favourites and some sneaky new material.
“It feels very surreal and exciting to be playing together again,” vocalist Pepa Knight told triple j. “We have written a bunch of fresh new songs that we are keen to showcase as well as some oldies.”
Joining the Jinja lads on all three dates will be Central Coast indie rockers, Sea Legs. Tickets go onsale from 9am tomorrow, 19th June.
