UPDATE 28/09/17: Lana Del Rey To Announce New Australian Tour Next Week
ORIGINAL STORY: Lana Del Rey has taken to Instagram to announce that she’s heading out on a world tour.
While she hasn’t given any dates just yet, she said in a video, “I just wanted to let you guys know that we are planning a world tour. So excited.”
At the moment, she’s only announced a handful of dates in the US and Europe off the back of her most recent record Lust For Life but it sounds like there are many more to come soon.
Del Rey hasn’t toured Australia since 2012 and since then she’s released three albums so there are high hopes that she’ll make it down-under.
Last month, she told triple j that she hopes she’ll tour here this time around.
“I hope so! I really feel the love from Australia every time I put out a record,” she said. “If I announce a tour I hope that it’s a part of it.”
Now we just have to sit and wait to see whether or not we make the cut.
