With her new single The Boys now well and truly stuck in all our heads, Lisa Mitchell has announced her Something About These Streets national tour, with which she will be bringing her forthcoming new album Warriors directly to the people.
Only the other day, Mitchell completed her support duties for Grouplove, meaning she will be in fine form for her own batch of dates come October, when she plays headline shows across Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Perth and Adelaide.
A dose of enchanting pop, The Boys was met with thunderous applause from both fans and media alike, with Mitchell once again harnessing the dreamlike, etherial presence we’ve come to know and love. Warriors, set for release on Friday, 14th October, is the next logical step for Mitchell, who’s evolving ever so gently from the acoustic singer-songwriter (and the confines therein) seen on her debut, Wonder.
