Triple J’s One Night Stand Is Back For 2018, And Looking For A New Home

UPDATE: Triple J’s One Night Stand Announces 2018 Lineup

ORIGINAL STORY: Triple j has announced its free and all-ages One Night Stand concert will return in 2018, and it’s looking for a new home.

The station is now taking expressions of interest from regional towns who’d like to host the festival, which has previously taken place in the likes of Mount Isa QLD (2017), Geraldton WA (2016), Mildura VIC (2014) and Dubbo NSW (2013).

To make an expression of interest for your town, head here before Thursday, 22nd March. Triple j will be getting in touch with shortlisted towns in April, before the location and lineup is announced in May.

The station says, “Note that to share the love around, we probably won’t go to a town close to one we have visited recently, but you can still apply for future years.”

Last year’s One Night Stand lineup featured the likes of The Smith Street Band, San Cisco, Tash Sultana and Thundamentals. Catch all of the most epic moments from the show right here.
