Broke House – ‘The Sound Of The Streets’

Contrary to what their name would suggest, Sydney duo Broke House create music that is undeniably rich.

Rich in tone, rich in texture, rich in feeling.

The renewed collaboration between songwriters Luke Costelloe and Ron Francois, Broke House have just unveiled a music video for their new single ‘The Sound of the Street’, which brings the sweetly undulating indie-rock hymn to life in a visual tapestry stitched together out of behind the scenes rehearsal tapes, using footage captured by filmmaker Jordan Watton.

The musical love child of The War On Drugs, Paul Kelly & Crowded House, ‘The Sound of the Street’ marks the first single from the duo’s freshly-released album, and you can watch the official music video above.
