Cold War Kids – ‘One Song At A Time’

American indie-rockers Cold War Kids have dropped a video for One Song At A Time plucked from their Record Store Day EP Five Quick Cuts.

The video gives a warped, psychedelic depiction of LA. It’s a fast-paced manic video that suits the wild tempo of the track which sees the band at their rawest.

The clip is a visually stunning affair, but you may want to make sure you’re not feeling any dizziness before you hit play as this will be sure to exacerbate it.

According to frontman Nathan Willet the song begs “for a slower pace of life,” though the band don’t seem to be slowing down at all.

Five Quick Cuts is the second release for the band in less than a year after they dropped their fifth LP Hold My Home in October last year. They got a chance to test the album out to audiences in Australia over new years with sets at Falls Festival.
