Illy – ‘Catch 22’ (Feat. Anne-Marie)

Mainstay of the Australian hip hop community Illy has unveiled the official visuals for his hook-fest of a new single Catch 22 (Feat. Anne-Marie).

For the past few weeks, many of us have not only woken to the song, but gone about our days to it as it received a well-deserved flogging on airwaves nation-wide. Now, the song has been brought into the third dimension with a video that was shot in downtown LA.

Conceptually, Catch 22 has a pretty simple video — a bunch of friends all injecting some life into a previously dead video game arcade. Of course, one of the games just to happens to be ‘Catch 22’, allowing the gang to test their fate. If only friends like this existed outside of music videos…

Two Degrees, the next album from Illy, drops Friday, 11th November. So far, we’ve had some serious life lessons from the album, so if you feel the need to get some sage life advice, best take a listen.
