Interview: Blood Red Shoes – Peats Ridge 2012

Finally, the great wall of sound that is Blood Red Shoes has made its way Down Under. In the wake of their latest album In Time to Voices, the band have taken the world by storm with their huge sound and vivid music – all created by only two people.

The pair had literally just rocked up to Peats Ridge festival, having just left New Zealand, and before that, the snowed-out winter of Russia – a pretty massive difference to the perfect Aussie NYE weather.

Though they have only just made it Down Under on the back of their latest release, the duo explain that it’s almost time for fans to expect a new release. Water EP is on its way. The band explain the short turnover time of the EP, stating that the drawn-out process of the album left them with a desire to get something more to the fans, and quickly.
