Interview: Marianas Trench At Fat As Butter 2012

All the way from Canada, Marianas Trench can now label Fat As Butter festival as their first ever Aussie performance. Fresh from losing their Australian stage V-Places, the boys sat down with the team for a bit of a chat.

The festival wasn’t their only Aussie first that left an impression: the band caught the recent AFL games where the Swannies absolutely dominated. We give them a bit of a crash course on Aussie Rules football, though they still seem confused by all the aspects of the game.

Currently touring off the success of the sophomore album Ever After, the band chat about how if feels to be playing songs on the other side of the world, and how it feels to still have hundreds of screaming fans in front of them.
