Matt Corby – ‘No Ordinary Life’

Matt Corby has unveiled the music video for his latest single ‘No Ordinary Life’, the first taste of his upcoming second album Rainbow Valley.

The Willy Wonka-inspired song has received visuals courtesy of Corby’s close friend and VJ Ego, whose work has previously been exhibited at Sydney’s Vivid Festival and Hobart’s MONA FOMA.

“I wanted to create something that takes Matt into the ‘extra-ordinary’; almost beamed up and into an ether of light, colour and wonder,” says Ego.

“There is an intimate connection between him and every note that I wanted to show in one time and place.”

The video was shot in the garden of the Rainbow Valley property where Corby wrote his album, which is set for release on 2nd November.
