Northeast Party House – Standing Tall and Getting Fit

Having recently wrapped up a run of tour dates that will leave you short of breath just to look at, Melbourne party animals Northeast Party House stopped by while in town for a catch-up with the Music Feeds team.

Very recently, the band released the 2nd single off their forthcoming album. Vocalist Zach explains that the inspiration behind that song came from a situation very close to his heart. The clip is an ominous video effort, almost like Placebo’s A Song to Say Good Bye in the way that it leaves the viewer with a desire to know more, but afraid of what they might learn.

The conversation steers towards the boys’ legendary live performance, which involves a hefty amount of running and jumping, with overtones of great times. The lads discuss how they don’t ‘think’ when they are on stage, they just ‘do’. Though they keep their cards close to their chests, the lads are happy to reveal that the demos are done, and their album will hopefully hit the shelves early next year.
