The Tea Party – The Black Sea (Live at Music Feeds Studio)

Legendary Canadian rockers The Tea Party dropped by the Music Feeds Studio last year for a short set featuring tracks from their 2014 album The Ocean At The End.

The performance included an exclusive acoustic rendition of album track The Black Sea. It was the first time that the band had played the song acoustically live.

The stripped-back version is as dark as the title would suggest with frontman Jeff Martin’s voice sounding brooding as he digs into the depths of his vocal range.

Suitably two of the band members are dressed in head-to-toe black.

The band was in the country for an eight-date tour in support of The Ocean At The End. The record was their first studio album in over a decade.
