Watch: Bootleg Rascal – ‘Oh I Know’

Sydney-Gold Coast act Bootleg Rascal have released the music video for their latest single Oh I Know. Directed by the four-piece band, with the assistance of Danielle Payne, the clip sees B-Raz rocking out Oh I Know in a house that looks too good for this hairy lot.

Everything seems to be going well enough when all of a sudden the music vid stops and we’re in the bath with guitarist Jimmy Young, who gives us a quick a capella rendition of the single. When we come back BR are acting a damn fool, wearing dresses and showing-off very amateurish material art skills.

Oh and did we mention bassist Scottie Grill getting all creepy with a dog and his magnificent moustache? As for the single Oh I Know is a rhythmic mix of ska, blues and roots, and indie rock. In short it’s a track designed to space out to.

Oh I Know is the first song taken from the band’s upcoming album, expected for release in Autumn 2015. For their new material Bootleg Rascal have been working with producer Lyall Moloney and producer/mixer Ian Pritchett. Come December B-Raz will once again hit the road.
