Watch: Grimes – ‘Go’ Feat. Blood Diamonds

Canadian electronic impressionist Grimes has unveiled the new video for her track Go, the song she famously wrote for Rihanna which the American pop star later rejected.

The track features fellow producer Blood Diamonds as well as the voice of David Hayter, the screenwriter who brought us X-Men, its sequel X2, and Watchmen as well as providing the voice of Solid Snake and Big Boss in the Metal Gear Solid series.

The video for Go was co-directed by Grimes herself along with her brother Mac. “It’s supposed to be dante’s inferno (abstractly), different layers of hell etc. super visually inspired by like x men, metal gear, dune,” wrote Grimes on her blog.

The track will feature on Grimes’ fourth studio album, which is still in the works, following up her acclaimed 2012 album Visions.
