King Parrot – ‘Home Is Where The Gutter Is’

Melbourne thrash metal favourites King Parrot have delivered yet another killer music video, this time dropping the clip for their monster track, Home Is Where The Gutter Is, taken from their forthcoming album Dead Set.

The video follows a, quite violent, day in the life of a homeless war veteran, who gets his revenge on those who have mistreated him. Explains vocalist Matt Young, “There’s many people in the world forced into homelessness. Then there are people who just choose to be homeless and actually prefer to live that way.

“The lyrics and the video focus on these people should be entitled to live whatever way they choose. I think it’s one of the biggest fuck yous to society a person can give and I admire it.”

King Parrot will release their new Philip Anselmo-produced album Dead Set on May 15th before taking off on tour once more with High Tension and Colossvs. Check those dates here.
