Kanye West Is A Sims Avatar In New Interactive ‘Black Skinhead’ Video

Displeased with the efforts of whoever leaked the previous version of his Black Skinhead music video, Kanye West has today posted a link to what he claims is the final, official version of the clip.

Posted under the title of BLKKK SKKN HEAD, the clip is now streaming from West’s website and comes with a slew of features not available on the other version, though what value is added by the interactivity is debatable.

Viewers are given the power to control both speed and pitch via a toggle option that blocks off a solid inch or two of vision but it’s all good – there’s also an icon there which allows you to take as many screenshots as you like of West’s half-naked QWOP-esque CGI avatar, which still remains shrouded in digital shadows.

Directed by Nick Knight, the interactive animated clip suggests we can expect some seriously crazy visuals to accompany Yeezus in future. It’s been a week of wins for Kanye, first getting his full thoughts on Taylor Swift’s VMAs win finally out in the open, then scoring “best rap verse of all time, period” and dropping a pesky photographer.

The clip hasn’t made it’s way onto YouTube yet but you can watch the full thing here.
