Listen: Kanye West’s New Song ‘White Dress’ (Snippet)

If you’re one of the biggest names ever in rap and you decide to write and direct a feature film, then why not sign up your fellow hip hop brethren to create the soundtrack. That’s exactly what Wu-Tang Clan member RZA has done for his upcoming movie The Man with the Iron Fists.

The calibre of talent on the soundtrack for The Man With The Iron Fists may see the soundtrack go down as one of the greatest of all time, with some of the names including Method Man, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, Talib Kweli, Pharoahe Monch and RZA himself teaming up with The Black Keys for a track called The Baddest Man Alive.

Of course perhaps the biggest name on the soundtrack is that of Kanye West, who offers up a new song titled White Dress. As noted by 405, White Dress sees West go back to the playful beats and catchy style reminiscent of singles from Late Resignation and Graduation. The track sounds damn smooth and its straightforward approach works well with West’s straightforward lyricism.
