Supafest Update: Ticketek Will Continue To Offer Refunds

Yesterday the Supafest promoters sent us a statement that said Ticketek would only refund tickets up until 5pm today (Friday 13th). Now Ticketek have informed us that this information was incorrect and Supafest tickets will continue to be refunded until April 25th. Why the promoters had originally sent out incorrect information is currently unknown.

Statement from Ticketek regarding Supafest refunds:

SUPAFEST Refund Process

If you choose not to attend Supafest 3 due to P DIDDY and MISSY ELLIOT not performing, you may secure a full refund (including a refund on your ticket insurance premium, where relevant) by returning your tickets by posting your ticket(s) to the relevant address below or to the points of purchase listed below.

All tickets must be received by Ticketek no later than Wednesday 25th April 2012. Refunds will only be provided to the original purchaser with photo id. Tickets must be presented in order to receive a refund.

Ticketek recommends the use of the registered mail service, tickets not received or lost in the mail will not be refunded.
