The Church Lead Mullum Music Festival 2014 Lineup

The Mullum Music Festival has unveiled its diverse 2014 lineup, with alt rock legends The Church, Melbourne nine-piece Saskwatch and indie folk darlings Husky leading a line-up of over 80 international and national acts.

Held over four days, the Mullum Music Festival will take over the halls, clubs and streets of Iggy Azalea‘s home town, Mullumbimby, situated 15 minutes north of Byron Bay. Former Powderfinger guitarist Ian Haug will join The Church onstage, replacing longtime member Marty Wilson-Piper.

Also featured on the lineup is New Orleans outfit Hurray For the Riff Raff, the Bollywood inspired 11-piece The Bombay Royale and Hiatus Kaiyote vocalist Nai Palm.

Harry James Angus from The Cat Empire, Jackson Jackson will feature as this year’s festival patron. As well as leading the horn section at the Sunday street parade, Harry will perform with various groups on the line-up and curate his own dedicated club throughout the weekend in one of the venues.

The festival will also feature a roving theatre, street circus, impromptu performances, workshops, the Rhythms Magazine BBQ, a psychedelic Magic Bus transporting punters up and down the main street, and a come-one-come-all New Orleans style street parade.

Tickets are on sale now. Full details below.
