TLC Announce First-Ever Australian Tour

Legendary ’90s R&B group TLC have announced their first-ever Australian tour, which will take them around the country this June. The five-time Grammy winners are the best-selling American female group of all time, with 65 million record sales under their belt.

TLC rose to fame with some of the biggest hits of the 90s, including Creep, Ain’t Too Proud To Beg, and the #1 selling single Waterfalls. They achieved three top five hits in Australia – No Scrubs, Diggin On You, and Unpretty in the early noughties. The group’s latest album is 2002’s 3D, but they have been planning a new release for a number of years.

On their Australian tour the group will be without the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez, who passed away in 2002 aged only 30 years old in a motor vehicle accident. The group will be incorporating her image, though, via video montage on large screens.

Remaining TLC members Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas will be backed by a live band and a full dance crew when they make their way around Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth this June. Full tour details below.
