Triple j’s One Night Stand Bound For Dubbo!

Written by Marc Zanotti on March 6, 2013

Triple j has announced that this year’s One Night Stand will take place in Dubbo. With 2013 marking the 10th anniversary of the free regional concert, One Night Stand will see Flume, The Rubens, Ball Park Music, and Seth Sentry rock the Orana Region of NSW on Saturday, 13th April.

One Night Stand is an all ages, drug and alcohol free event, and for the fist time will be broadcast live on television from 7pm on ABC2. The broadcast will also include an access-all-areas feature via a second screen, live onstage streaming through triple j’s website and a replay on iView.

With hip hop hero Seth Sentry, electronic emperor Flume, and indie rock kings The Rubens and Ball Park Music, triple j’s One Night Stand will see 4 of Australia’s most currently buzzed-about acts take the stage in Dubbo.

In addition to the impressive line-up, triple j is on the hunt for one Unearthed act to open up proceedings. Be sure to have your music up on triple j Unearthed before Sunday, 24th March. The winner will be revealed on Wednesday 27th March.

All that’s left to do is play the waiting game…
