UPDATE: The 2017 lineup for RNB Fridays Live has now been announced.
ORIGINAL STORY: RnB Fridays Live is coming to life with a massive lineup of old-school ’90s and ’00s names, who are set to tour Australia together this November.
Every Friday, the Hit Network dubs the day ‘RnB Friday’, and opens the flood gates on nostalgic tunes, and now they’re bringing many of the artists responsible for those hits to Australia.
Rapper Nelly is heading the bill, which also includes Case Of The Ex (Whatcha Gonna Do) singer Mýa, Dance With Me hitmakers 112 and Blackstreet, the boy band who delivered No Diggity.
TLC, who have already announced an Aussie tour, will also join the bill, and it doesn’t stop there. There’s also Montell Jordan, Blu Cantrell, Dante Thomas, Fatman Scoop, Kevin Lyttle and DJ Horizon.
It’s basically the makers of every RnB hit on every compilation you owned growing up, and it all kicks off on 18th November with shows in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne.
