Watch A Surprise Atoms For Peace Reunion Go Down At Thom Yorke’s Solo Gig

Thom Yorke has surprised fans at his solo show in LA with an impromptu Atoms For Peace reunion.

The Radiohead frontman was performing in stag mode at the Orpheum Theater, when bassist Flea and drummer Joey Waronker came out to join him and Nigel Godrich (who’s already a part of Yorke’s solo band), though percussionist Mauro Refosco was MIA.

Together, they played the song that gave them their name, Yorke’s 2006 track ‘Atoms For Peace’, marking their first live performance since their Amok tour wrapped in 2013.

Check out the footage below, and catch Flea performing live in Australia when he comes to tour with Red Hot Chili Peppers in March.
