Idk what the heck I was doing at 11 years old, but I definitely wasn’t slaying anything as hard as Nandi Bushell on the drums.
The percussion wunderkind is back at it, this time absolutely tearing her way through a cover of Slipknot’s ‘Duality’. The impressive cover has currently been viewed over 57K times, with one of those viewers being Slipknot’s drummer, Jay Weinberg.
In a post to Twitter, he wrote “You’re the best, Nandi!!” Followed by devil-horns, heart, and snare drum emojis. “Always crushing it!” He added.
Not only has she totally mastered the double kick, but she does the whole dang thing in a replica version of Slipknot guitarist Mick Thomson’s mask.
