US rapper and well marketed ‘bad boy’ RiFF RaFF has been arrested in North Carolina after police discovered a variety of illegal substances and paraphernalia in his vehicle. RaFF and two accomplices were booked and later released without bail, though thankfully the whole thing was caught on camera.
The rapper raised the suspicions of police after being spotted stopped in traffic chatting to pedestrians at 2:30am. An open container of alcohol was noticed in his car, granting permission for police to search the vehicle where they found what they describe as “weed and some sort of powerful narcotic, along with drug paraphernalia”.
Despite the stories you may hear, the arresting officers have labeled his behaviour as “not aggressive and polite”, which is sure to impact his album sales negatively. TMZ have been good enough to track down the mug shot which you can check out below as well as some witness-filmed footage of the arrest taking place.
Checking the dude’s Twitter page, looks like he’s back on the streets for now. Australia got a taste of the RaFF earlier this year when the MC made his way Down Under as part of the Vivid LIVE festivities.
