The Marvel marketing department have out done themselves this time. Tiny billboards promoting the upcoming superhero movie, Ant-Man, have been spotted in cities across Australia, some even with tiny battery-powered LED lights.
Reports Screen Crush, Reddit users have started posting images of the fun-sized Ant-Man billboards that have appeared at bus stops, parks and other public spaces in Queensland and Melbourne, promoting the release of Marvel’s Ant-Man on July 16th. The marketing strategy seems to have been implemented only in Australia thus far.
We’ve already seen some small trailers for Ant-Man, starring Paul Rudd as Marvel’s diminutive superhero. The film also stars Michael Douglas, Evangeline Lilly, and Corey Stoll and will premiere in Australian theatres on July 16th.
