Armed with her powerful voice and introspective nature, future soul artist MAYA implores us to think about our worth and place in the world with her soaring new single ‘What We Are Worth’.
Drawing us in with her gentle, soulful vocals, Maya’s voice quickly takes off into the stratosphere, guided by bombastic Flume-esque production, as she poses one of life’s biggest questions. “What We Are Worth is a conversation with myself about my constant questions about humanity – it’s a song about respecting yourself and the earth we live on. My music has to inspire people to reflect on both our actions and reactions to life,” MAYA explains.

MAYA will launch What We Are Worth at The Night Cat in Melbourne on December 1st with support from Melbourne artist Tanya George. According to the artist, “People can expect some serious euphoric dancing and soul-searching.”
