Abbe May Announces 2018 National Tour For New Album ‘Fruit’

Australian singer-songwriter and guitarist Abbe May has announced a 2018 national tour off the back of her upcoming new album Fruit.

The eight-date tour will see Abbe May take her new tunes to venues in Perth, Adelaide, Dunsborough, Melbourne, Sydney, Hobart and Newcastle throughout February and March, and there are still more date to be announced.

May, who came out earlier this year, says Fruit is “a declaration of identity”.

“These songs are stories from my life,” she says. “Some true, some exaggerated, but always for a purpose. I don’t want to hide anymore. I am proud and ‘Fruit’ is my way of showing my face without shame.”
