Australian folk and indie pop group Angus & Julia Stone have announced their Australian Tour ‘ The Living Room Sessions’ for August. The tour will be in support of their upcoming album, Cape Forestier, which is set to be released on May 10th.
The Living Room Sessions Tour will be a unique and intimate experience for the audience. The tour is set to kick off on Tuesday, 6th August at Brisbane’s QPAC, and will conclude at Palais Theatre in Melbourne on Thursday, 15th August.
Angus & Julia Stone – ‘Chateau’
Angus & Julia Stone is a sibling duo from Australian indie pop music since 2006. Their journey began with the release of their debut album A Book Like This. The band came to prominence with their breakout album, Down the Way, in 2010, which earned them five ARIA music awards.
Angus & Julia Stone’s debut album, A Book Like This, garnered international acclaim, followed by the chart-topping success of Down the Way. Later the siblings also worked on their solo endeavours, including Julia’s albums The Memory Machine and By the Horns, while Angus released the album Broken Brights
They also collaborated on the soundtrack for the video game ‘Life Is Strange: True Colors.’ Now with their unique blend of music and storytelling, they are all set to come to Australia with their Living Room Sessions Tour in August.
