Fleetwood Mac have lined-up a stellar Australian cast for their upcoming tour down-under locking in Angus & Julia Stone and Stonefield as their support on select outdoor dates.
The brother-sister duo will take to the stage before the band on all outdoor dates including Perth, Adelaide, Hunter Valley and Geelong. Melbourne’s Stonefield, who are also a sibling bad, will hit the stage in Geelong and in the Hunter Valley.
These shows will cap-off a huge year for the Stone duo, who have spent most of 2015 playing some of the world’s most prestigious festivals like Governor’s Ball and Coachella. At the end of this month they will play Chicago’s massive Lollapalooza.
Meanwhile Stonefield, who rose to fame winning triple j’s Unearthed High in 2010, are tinkering away at their sophomore album which will no doubt be previewed during these support slots.
Fleetwood Mac are touring as a five-piece for the first time since 1998 and have already sold-out two shows of their 13-date tour. High demand has seen their original dates continue to expand as new shows have been added.
Stevie Nicks, Mick Fleetwood and co are due to hit the country at the end of October. Check out all the dates below.
