Apparently There’s Talks Of A ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ Sequel

Christ almighty, will Hollywood just let Freddie rest in peace?

Due to the overwhelming success of the Freddie Mercury/Queen biopic ‘Bohemian Rhapsody‘, it is being reported that a sequel is already in the works.

According to Page Six, director Rudi Dolezal – who collaborated with Queen a whole stack of times – has said that the band and management are discussing a potential sequel. When discussing the band’s manager Jim Beach, Dolezal said “I’m sure he plans a sequel that starts with Live Aid.”

For what it’s worth, ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ absolutely shredded the box office, earning $870 million worldwide thus far. On top of that, it also took home four Academy Awards, including ‘Best Actor’ for Rami Malek’s performance as Mercury.
