Atreyu have announced their return to Australia for their third tour this decade, undertaking a run of capital cities in July of 2025. The tour will arrive roughly 18 months after they were last in Australia, having toured back in February in support of their ninth studio album The Beautiful Dark of Life. The full list of tour dates, as well as pre-sale and ticketing information, can be found below.
The newly-announced dates come as part of a world tour the Californian metalcore band are undertaking to commemorate the 20th anniversary of their second studio album, 2004’s The Curse. The band will be performing it in full each night, as well as selection of other songs from across their discography. Joining them on all dates will be Memphis May Fire, who themselves are gearing up for the release of their eighth album Challenger in March of 2025.
Atreyu – ‘Right Side Of The Bed’
The Curse was originally released in June of 2004 via Victory Records. It was later certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), marking the first of the band’s albums to do so. Four of the album’s 10 songs were released as singles: ‘Right Side Of The Bed’, Bleeding Mascara’, ‘The Crimson’ and ‘Demonology & Heartache’. The band’s retrospective look at the album began at this year’s When We Were Young festival, where they performed the album in full.
