It’s been four years since Backstreet Boys have graced Aussie audiences with their presence, but in a new interview some of the group have said that Aussie fans won’t have to wait too long before Backstreet’s back….alright!
In an interview with Smallzy from Smallzy’s Surgery on Nova FM, band members Nick Carter and Howie D entertained the idea of making their long-awaited return to Australia saying how much they love it here.
When asked if an Aussie tour was in the works, Carter said “sit tight, we are on the way!”
“We will not miss Australia and when it comes – I mean, we are bringing one of the best shows we’ve ever done, from the last 20 days of rehearsals we have done – it’s going to be huge, and a big spectacle. We can’t wait to show you guys.”
The last time the group were in Australia was back in 2015, when they performed a massive arena tour in support of their 2013 album In A World Like This.
Now, the band are fresh off the back of releasing their latest album DNA in January and are wrapping up their highly acclaimed Vegas residency, so it looks like an Aussie tour won’t be far off.
In the meantime…
