Hold on to your glowsticks because the baron of Eurobangers himself Basshunter has just announced his first ever Australian tour, just ten years after the release of his iconic single Dota.
What’s more, the fastest selling artist in Sweden since ABBA will be heading to our shores with a legion of international noughties-era support acts including Luciana, Groove Coverage, Guru Project, Lasgo, DHT Feat. Edmee, Ian Van Dahl, Boogie Pimps, Flip & Fill Feat. Karen Parry, Fonzerelli and Sylver.
They’ll be performing six dates Down under this November & December, bringing the BPM in Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney and twice in Melbourne.
No doubt Basshunter will be firing a playlist of his most beloved bangers including tracks off his most recent 2013 disc Calling Time and older school hits like Botten Anna, I Miss You and Now You’re Gone, which currently boasts a tidy 182 million YouTube views.
Tickets to the superstar DJ’s Aussie tour go on sale from 9am on Thursday, 23rd June.
