Melbourne pop-punk outfit Between You & Me have announced their largest headline tour to date for next year, set to take forthcoming album Armageddon on the road in 2022.
The band will kick off the tour in Canberra on Thursday, 10th February. From there, they’ll continue on to Wollongong, Newcastle, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide before wrapping up at Mojo’s in Fremantle on Sunday, 20th February.
Shows on the tour will replace previously scheduled dates the band announced in June of this year, which was obviously unable to go ahead due to community outbreaks of COVID-19 and subsequent lockdowns and border restrictions. Previously-purchased tickets for that tour will be valid for the upcoming shows, though refunds will be available for those who cannot make the new dates.
“Given the challenges BYAM and the wider Australian music community have faced over the past 18 months, we would appreciate if you can keep your ticket,” the band wrote when announcing the tour. “Can’t wait to see everyone again in February with a bunch of new songs; it’s been a while between beers.”
