Anything that Beyoncé touches is considered blessed so it should come as no surprise that the interest has been huge since her hat from the ‘Formation’ tour went up for auction.
The hat is from the 2016 tour which came off the back of her iconic album Lemonade. It’s also autographed by Bey herself.
It’s estimated value is between $USD1,000 and $USD2,000 but it’s already up to $USD3,600 after just one day on sale.
Bey won’t be getting the proceeds of the sale either. All proceeds from the hat will go to The Lung Transplant Project for research to lessen the time spent on wait lists for lungs.
The winner of the auction will not only get the hat, they will also get a photo of Queen Bey herself wearing it.
While the hat was worn on the tour, it was first introduced in the ‘Formation’ video clip which preceded the entire Lemonade film.
