Black Lips have announced a new album and released the second single off of it, ‘Gentleman’.
Their ninth studio album Sing in a World That’s Falling Apart is set for release Friday, 24th January. They released the first single from the album, ‘Odelia’ last month. Today, we’ve received ‘Gentleman’.
‘Gentleman’ sees Black Lips go right back to their roots — the track has a serious Southern, country twang to it.
Sing in a World That’s Falling Apart will follow Black Lips’ 2017 release, Satan’s graffiti or God’s art?.
They’ve described the release as, “at their grimiest, most harmful and outfitted with one of the best assortment of songs for the reason that aughts.”

Black Lips are currently touring the UK and frontman, Cole Alexander recently said, “Not to get too political, but I’m a gatherer of all people. I would play in Afghanistan, I would play in North Korea.”
