Blink-182‘s Travis Barker has had a pretty rough year as far as his physical health goes, and now he’s filing a lawsuit against some of those involved with his allegedly hindered recovery.
After Barker was diagnosed with blood clots in his arms, his misfortune grew when he was in a car accident with his son as a bus rammed into the side of his car.
Now, given the fact that he has not recovered yet and that Blink-182 have had to cancel their tour, TMZ is reporting that Barker is suing the bus driver and the bus company.
On top of that, Barker is also reportedly suing a medical imaging centre in Santa Monica for allegedly using a dirty needle repeatedly as to so staff could find a vein. On top of everything else, this allegedly led to Barker suffering nerve damage and a staph infection.
Barker nor Blink-182 have commented on the alleged lawsuit just yet.
