After making a successful debut last year, Nine Lives Festival will return to Brisbane this year on Saturday, 26th June. The stacked lineup will be headlined by Perth songwriter Stella Donnelly, jazz fusion groovers Mildlife and weirdo rock powerhouse Tropical Fuck Storm.
The one-day, two-stage event will take place both indoors and outdoors at the Tivoli, and will also feature the likes of Bananagun, Cool Sounds, Floodlights, Gordon Koang and Surprise Chef, to name but a few.
Having a boogie is “allowed and encouraged” at the block party-styled event, which is taking place with a significantly reduced capacity for safety. The Tivoli’s open air carpark will be open, with DJs spinning into the evening and food trucks on deck.
Nine Lives Festival debuted in 2020, a collaboration between record store Jet Black Cat Music and Handsome Tours, featuring the likes of Aldous Harding, Julia Jacklin and Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever.
