Chris Cornell Wins Grammy For Best Rock Performance

Soundgarden and Audioslave frontman Chris Cornell has won a posthumous Grammy, the academy awarding the late musician the Best Rock Performance award for his song ‘When Bad Does Good’.

This marks Cornell’s third Grammy award, having received two in 1995 with Soundgarden – one for ‘Best Hard Rock Performance’ with ‘Black Hole Sun’ and another for ‘Best Metal Performance’ with ‘Spoonman.’

Cornell’s daughter, Toni, walked the event’s red carpet wearing a shirt that had a picture of her dad on it. She walked the carpet alongside her brother, Christopher, and their mother/Cornell’s widow Vicky. See a picture below.
