New York indie crew Clap Your Hands Say Yeah are to release a new album, their third in total, this September.
NME reports that the four-piece have named their new LP Hysterical, the follow-up to their acclaimed 2007 album Some Loud Thunder. The new work was produced by John Congleton, famous for his work with The Mountain Goats and Explosions In The Sky.
