Just a few days ago, The Chats took to Instagram to humble brag that they were having a beer with Billy Joe Armstrong of Green Day fame – who they dubbed “Billy Joel”.
Now we have another humble brag, this time a pic of them backstage with a bunch of rock icons.
The Chats performed in LA to a sold out crowd at The Regent Theatre a few nights ago. Turns out, Alex Turner (Arctic Monkeys), Dave Grohl (foo Fighters), Matt Helders (Arctic Monkeys), and Josh Homme (Queens Of The Stone Age) were all in attendance.
Even better, The Chats managed to snap up a wholesome backstage pic with the group.
Chatting with The Music, guitarist Josh Price told them, “Josh Homme said he was gonna come to the show and bring three mates… He didn’t say anything about bringing Dave Grohl and the guys from Arctic Monkeys! Bloody hell!”
The Chats supported Queens Of The Stone Age and Iggy Pop on their Aussie tours and both Grohl and Homme are apparently long time fans of the band.
