F1 Driver Daniel Ricciardo Has Landed Himself On Gang Of Youths’ New Album

Two Aussie icons are joining forces. F1 driver, Daniel Ricciardo appears to have landed himself on the new Gang Of Youths album. He shared a clip inside a London studio with the band on his No Brakes YouTube series.

“Alright, we are in a London studio right now with good friends of mine, Gang Of Youths,” the Renault driver begins.

Showing the studio being set up, Ricciardo says, “This is where the magic happens.”

“We’re gonna go and actually try and make music now,” he laughs. “We’re gonna get a credit on the new album apparently.”

The video, which you can check out down below shows Daniel Ricciardo laying backing vocals and trying his hand at drums.

Sharing a snippet of the clip, Ricciardo wrote, “No Brakes new episode is up in bio with me thinking I can join [Gang Of Youths].”

It’s not Ricciardo’s first rendezvous with an iconic Aussie band. Back in 2016 he jumped on stage with Parkway Drive at a London gig to help out on ‘Deliver Me’.

There’s no word yet on when we’ll get to hear the new Gang Of Youths album, or Daniel Ricciardo’s contribution. But it looks to be well underway. The new album will follow up 2017’s Go Farther In Lightness.
