Fanning Dempsey National Park – the ARIA-nominated supergroup of Bernard Fanning and Paul Dempsey – have announced their return to the road for a series of regional Australian dates throughout April and May 2025. The tour marks their second since forming, having completed their debut run of shows under the National Park moniker last October in support of their debut studio album, The Deluge. The full list of tour dates and ticketing information can be found below.
“We had such a ball on our mini city tour last year, and we can’t wait to bring it to the rest of you,” the band wrote in a statement announcing the tour. “Looking forward to meeting up with lots of friends and fans, old and new.” The tour announcement follows their announcement on the 2025 SummerSalt festival line-up, where they will join Missy Higgins, John Butler, The Whitlams, The Waifs and Josh Pyke for dates across March, April and May. The schedule can be found here.
Fanning Dempsey National Park – ‘The Deluge’
Fanning and Dempsey first teased their joint project in late April 2024, officially announcing The Deluge a month later. Following their debut tour in October, the band performed at the Sydney Opera House Forecourt on New Year’s Eve as part of the ABC’s NYE coverage. Their six song set consisted of Fanning’s solo hit ‘Wish You Well’, Something For Kate‘s ‘Monsters’, lead single ‘Disconnect’, album cut ‘Never Pass This Way Again’, the Queen and David Bowie classic ‘Under Pressure’ and Powderfinger‘s Hottest 100-topping 1999 single ‘These Days’.
