The two surviving Prodigy members, Liam Howlett and Maxim, released a statement on Twitter calling him a “true pioneer, innovator and legend.”

Emily Eavis, co-organiser of Glastonbury Festival, paid her tribute while saying that The Prodigy were booked to play the festival this year in June.

Police found Flint dead after getting calls of “concerns for the welfare of a man” on Monday. Police are not treating the death as suspicious.

UPDATE: Keith’s death has sadly been confirmed as a suicide by his bandmate Liam Howlett, who wrote on Instagram: “The news is true , I can’t believe I’m saying this but our brother Keith took his own life over the weekend, I’m shell shocked , fuckin angry , confused and heart broken ….. r.i.p brother”
